Patricia E. Dunn

Pat leads Dale & Lessmann's real estate practice group. Pat's practice is focused primarily on construction and permanent financing, condominium development and the purchase and sale of industrial, commercial, investment and residential property. As a member of our construction law practice group, Pat also has years of experience dealing with construction-related issues, including negotiating and drafting construction contracts and dealing with bonding and Tarion Warranty Program (formerly the Ontario New Home Warranty Program) matters on behalf of developers and surety companies. Pat is also a member of Dale & Lessmann LLP's renewable energy practice group. She assists this firm's many renewable energy clients from a real estate perspective in relation to the development of their wind and solar projects.
